    Algemene Voorwaarden voor Pleio

    Pleio heeft als doel het ondersteunen van de samenwerking aan de publieke zaak. Het gebruik van Pleio staat open voor zowel ambtenaren als burgers.

    Het platform wordt onderhouden door samenwerking van diverse overheidsorganisaties en gebruikers. Alle betrokkenen zetten zich maximaal in om Pleio te onderhouden en verder te ontwikkelen overeenkomstig het Pleio-manifest.

    Pleio is van de gebruikers en voor de gebruikers. Iedereen kan een bijdrage leveren en daardoor meehelpen om het platform te verbeteren. Je kunt dit bijvoorbeeld doen door vragen te stellen en/of te beantwoorden via de Pleio Helpdesk.

    Om deel te nemen aan Pleio vragen we je akkoord te gaan met het volgende:

    • Gebruik Pleio voor dingen die bijdragen aan de publieke zaak. Misbruik het platform niet voor andere doeleinden dan de publieke zaak, zoals reclame- en commerciële doeleinden.
    • Gebruik je eigen naam en doe je niet voor als iemand anders.
    • Zorg ervoor, en wees je er van bewust, dat je zichtbaar bent en gevonden kunt worden.
    • Behandel de ander zoals deze behandeld wil worden.
    • Neem je verantwoordelijkheid over de mate van openbaarheid die je kiest. Pleio streeft naar openbaarheid, maar dat is niet altijd mogelijk.
    • Maak geen inbreuk op het intellectueel eigendom van een ander. Pleio respecteert intellectueel eigendom en verwacht van de gebruikers hetzelfde.
    • Plaats niets op Pleio wat in strijd is met enige wet of met het doel van Pleio. Als je dat toch doet, kan de beheerder van Pleio deze inhoud verwijderen, je account blokkeren en, indien de wet wordt overtreden, aangifte doen.
    • Je bent en blijft eindverantwoordelijk voor de informatie die je op Pleio zet.
    • Meld onrechtmatige informatie (die in strijd is met enige wet of met het doel van Pleio) meteen aan de beheerder van de deelsite of groep, of via de “dit vind ik niet OK” link op de pagina.
    • Ben je eigenaar van een groep of deelsite en ontvang je een melding van onrechtmatige informatie, verwijder deze informatie dan onmiddellijk.
    • Help mee om Pleio schoon en actueel te houden. Ruim regelmatig je verouderde documenten en andere informatie op en deactiveer je account als je geen gebruik meer wilt maken van Pleio.
    • De Stichting Pleio is niet aansprakelijk voor schade veroorzaakt door enig gebruik van Pleio.
    • Pleio zal wijzigingen in de functionaliteit of de vormgeving van Pleio vooraf communiceren, onder andere via deelsiteeigenaren en Twitter(@pleinoverheid).
    • Pleio zal voorstellen tot wijziging van de Algemene Voorwaarden vooraf communiceren via diverse kanalen, waaronder Twitter(@pleinoverheid). Definitieve wijzigingen worden aan elke gebruiker gemeld.
    • Word lid van de werkgroep Pleio als je ideeën hebt over aanpassingen of zelf een bijdrage wilt leveren aan de ontwikkeling van Pleio.

        Terms and Conditions of Pleio

         

        Pleio aims to support cooperation in public affairs. Both civil servants and the general public can use Pleio. The platform is maintained by cooperation of various government organizations and users. Everyone involved is entirely committed to maintain and develop Pleio in accordance with the `Pleio-manifest’.

         

        Pleio is owned by its users. Everyone can contribute and help to improve the Pleio platform. One of the ways of doing this is asking questions and/or answer questions from others in the Pleio Helpdesk.

         

        To participate in the Pleio community we ask you to comply with the following:

         

        • Use Pleio only for activities that contribute to public goals. Do not abuse the platform for other goals than these public goals, like advertisements or commercial goals.
        • Use your own name and do not pretend to be someone else.
        • Note that you are visible to others and can be found by others.
        • Treat others as they want to be treated.
        • Take responsibility for the degree of publicity that you choose. Pleio is committed to openness, but unfortunately this is not always possible
        • Do not infringe the intellectual property of others. Pleio respects intellectual property and expects the same from its users.
        • Do not place items on Pleio that are illegal, or contrary to the goals of Pleio. If you do so anyway, the administrator can remove those items and de-activate your account. In case of illegal activities, we can report this to the authorities.
        • You are and will stay responsible for all the information you place on Pleio.
        • Report information that is illegal or contrary to the goals of Pleio immediately to the administrator of the group or subsite in which you find it. Or press the “dit vind ik niet OK” / “Not OK” link on the page.
        • When you are the owner of a group or subsite, and you receive a message about illegal information or information that is not OK, remove this information immediately.
        • Help us keep Pleio clean and up to date. Remove your out of date items regularly and de-activate your account when you do not want to use Pleio anymore.
        • The Pleio organization is not liable for any damage caused by the use of Pleio.
        • Changes in functionality or appearance will be communicated in advance, for example by a message to subsite owners or by Twitter (@pleinoverheid).
        • Changes in the Terms and Conditions of Pleio will be communicated in advance for example by Twitter (@pleinoverheid). Final changes will be communicated to every user.
        • If you have ideas about improving Pleio, or want to make a contribution to the further development of Pleio, become a member of the group “werkgroep Pleio”.

The Pleio platform is maintained by collaboration of several governmental organizations and users. All people involved wil do everything they can to maintain and develop Pleio according  the `Pleio-manifest’.

          Pleio is owned by its users. Everybody is allowed to  contribute and help to improve the Pleio platform. One of the methods is  by asking  questions and/or answer questions from others in the Pleio Helpdesk.

          To participate in the Pleio community we request you to agree with the following:

          • Use Pleio only for activities that contribute to public goals. Do not abuse the platform for other goals than public goals, like advertisements or commercial goals. 
          • Use your own name and do not act in name of someone else. 
          • Be visible and be aware of the fact  that you are visible for others and can be found by others. 
          • Treat others in the way they want to be treated. 
          • The amount of publicity you choose is your owun responsabillity. Pleio wants to be public about the  information, but that is not always possible. 
          • Do not infringe the intellectual property of others. Pleio respects intellectual property and expects the same from its users.
